More Zoo!

Ok, so here it goes. I don't really know what to say. I know, I know, you are saying when is Deanna ever at a loss for words. Well, I am going to give it a try.

This is one of our fav places at the Phoenix Zoo. It's the monkey walk thru. You walk on a path (without touching anything because the monkeys pee on everything) and the monkeys are all around you in the trees. All the monkeys are named after Star Trek characters. When we first got our membership to the zoo there was one named Kirk so we always had to go visit him. His isn't at the zoo any more, maybe he was beamed up?

As we were leaving the area we saw one of the monkeys in a bush right beside the path. It's as if he is saying nanynanybooboo!

Look at that! We have finally been able to keep them in line!

Ok, there aren't a lot of pics of me that I like but Baka took this one and it's not bad.

We also went to other zoo in our area. It's the Wildlife World Zoo. It is smaller but they just added an aquarium. Unfortunately, the day we went Baka was fighting the flu and she didn't get to enjoy it so we left early. Poor Baka. But, we did see a couple of things before we left.

This is just a Lion fish but I thought it looked awesome.

They are sizing each other up.

Favorite Places

While Baka (aka Sarah) was here visiting we took her to one of our favorite places. You guessed it...the zoo.

Baka has a natural talent for words and telling stories about her family. Even though I don't think I will have the same flair as she does, I still think my kids are the bees knees and you should too! So, I'm going to post pics, and little anecdotes about us so that you can!
