This was the first night at campfire.
This is also at campfire. Desirae got these glasses on the way up. They are "Pink Panther" glasses and she just loved them. They sure look cute on her.
They learned about different animal tracks. This was the creek in the middle of camp. There were lots of track around it. See the snow!!
We did a class on geocashing. Desirae was directing us.
Crafts, crafts and more crafts. We learned some we are going to do with our troop.
Desirae wanted to do the color guard for the evening flag ceremony. I was very proud of her.
This is our bunk. The cabins were heated. I know its not real "camping". But the toilet in the cabin was great when you just had to go in the middle of the night. Those of you who know me know just how much I like mornings so it wasn't much fun sharing with adults that didn't know the meaning of whisper early in the morning but oh well. I didn't think smacking them in the forehead with a shoe would be very scout like.
This is Sunday morning just before we left. We are out front of the lodge. It was beautiful. My daughter is such a poser!!
